A Quick 10 Minute Workout Guide

While many of us are following the shelter-in-place guidelines suggested by public officials, it can be a real challenge to get up, follow a routine, and stay active in some way; luckily, here at the IRL we decided to give you some motivation to remain active! Here is a quick 10-minute workout you can follow in the mornings and afternoons to get your blood flowing and your mind thinking:
- First minute: Jumping Jacks
- 30 seconds: Bodyweight Squats
- 30 seconds: Calf-Raises
- 30 seconds: Steam Engines
- 30 seconds: Push-ups
- 30 seconds Rest!
- 30 seconds: Toe touches
- 1 minute: Plank
- 30 seconds: Diamond Pushups
- 30 seconds: Bridges
- 1 minute: Bicycle crunches
- 30 seconds: Left side plank
- 30 seconds: Right side plank
- 1 minute: Wide hand push-ups
- 1 minute: Jumping Jacks
And that’s it! A full body warm-up to get your day up and running!
