Gauging the DePaul Community’s Interest in At Home Project Kits
In light of recent events the IRL is searching for new ways to support the DePaul Community. While sheltering in place we urge you to keep learning and making. We are developing kits to send out as resources to help you create and to supplement your education.
The first project we’re assembling is DIY Pickling Kit, which will allow you to prolong the life of your vegetables and give them more flavor. We will supply the spices, and you will source the veggies and vinegar. In your package you will receive a jar with mustard seeds, coriander, fennel, and instructions.
Currently, we are gauging interest and need to know which students or faculty would like to participate. If you would like to be involved click the eventbrite link below to get a ticket, so we can get an idea of how many kits to make.
This month we have all been given an opportunity to be inventive and resourceful in ways we haven’t experienced before. Let’s stay optimistic and productive.
